Cubicle doors and partitions are manufactured using 25mm high density chipboard faced with high pressure laminate. Doors are lipped with matching high pressure laminate. The partition features a 180° bullnosed front edge which extends through the cubicle frontage. To enhance the contemporary appearance the doors are hung from and close to slimline Optisheen stainless steel pilasters. Alternatively, the doors can be supplied using materials including toughened glass, real wood veneers and other diverse materials such as cast acrylic.
For wet areas cubicle panels will be manufactured using 12/13mm solid grade laminate (Form+). Designed to complement the look and feel of the system all ironmongery is manufactured using stainless steel and stainless steel finished aluminium. Cubicle legs are adjustable to accommodate varying floor levels.
Easily operated by people with limited dexterity the indicator bolt also features an external emergency release facility. Cubicle hinges are adjustable to allow the door to fall fully open, closed or ajar. The cubicle partition is fixed to the rear wall with a hidden T section.
Each cubicle is supplied with a stainless steel coat hook. The tubular stainless steel headrail is fixed between the cubicle partitions to provide rigid lateral stability. Form cubicles can be supplied to comply with the latest Building Regulations Part M & Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
