Cubicles are available with two levels of board performance, Function and Function+.
Function panels are manufactured using 19mm melamine faced
high density moisture resistant chipboard (to V313),
panel edges are lipped with a matching or contrasting PVC.
Function+ panels are manufactured using 18mm high
density moisture resistant chipboard (to V313) faced both
sides with high pressure laminate. Panel edges to
doors, pilasters and partitions are lipped with a matching or
contrasting PVC. Post formed vertical edges to the
cubicle pilasters can also be provided (Function+pf).
The partition mounted cubicle leg is adjustable to accommodate varying floor levels. The smooth action
indicator bolt features an external emergency release facility discreetly positioned within the sleek
faceplate. Cubicle hinges are pilaster mounted and secured through the door to provide an anti finger
trap detail. These hinges can be easily adjusted to allow the door to fall fully open, closed or ajar. Partitions
and pilasters are secured to the surrounding walls with semi circular channel brackets. Each cubicle is supplied
with a sturdy aluminium coat hook. Lateral stability across the width of the cubicle is achieved through
the distinctive, stylish headrail.
For added strength and increased corrosion resistance, all cubicle fittings are manufactured
using high quality polished aluminium.
Function and Function+ cubicles can be supplied to comply with the latest Building Regulations
Part M & Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
